Pakistan Travel Warning

U.S. Embassy
Islamabad, Pakistan released the following Warden Message on January 26,
2007:
According to Pakistani police and media reports, a suicide bomber on foot
detonated a bomb outside the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad on Friday
afternoon. Currently, one person is confirmed dead and several are wounded.
The Embassy strongly advises all Americans to avoid the area, exercise
caution, and limit unnecessary travel.

monitor the Department's Internet web site at
http://travel.state.gov where the current
Worldwide Caution Public Announcement, Travel Warnings and other Public
Announcements can be found. Up to date information on security can also be
